General Responsibilities

  • Perform all grounds keeping responsibilities which include but are no limited to :

    • Mowing

    • Sweeping

    • Snow Removal

    • Brush Hogging

  • General labor and furniture moving

  • Keeping grounds neat and free of debris

  • Operate and perform routine maintenance for: standard transmission truck, skid loaders, brush hog, lawn mowers, tractors, and trimmers.

  • Be “on call”

  • Use safe work habits and personal protective equipment as required.

  • Organize excess materials as needed

  • Maintain good driving record

  • Perform property maintenance as needed

  • Must have basic tools
